The Challenge

The Solution

We built a centralized inventory hub that syncs stock levels across all three sales channels in real time. When a product sells on Amazon, the Shopify and POS counts update within 60 seconds—eliminating overselling entirely.

Order processing was automated end-to-end: new orders from any channel flow into a unified queue, auto-generate packing slips, trigger shipping label creation, and send tracking notifications to customers. What used to take 2 hours each morning now happens in the background with zero manual input.

We also implemented automated reorder alerts based on rolling 30-day sales velocity, so the owner gets notified before a bestseller runs low—rather than discovering the stockout from a customer complaint.
